Watching a cat play around with things that they see and claim as theirs is one of the simplest forms of comfort. Ever heard of the gentle giants before? If you’re in love with dogs, you’ll fall in love with these dog-like cats as well. They are haughty, but intelligent and playful just the same. Check out these telephone covers, prints, and other fancy items of Maine Coonecats, which are the largest domesticated cats in the world.
Maine Coons have become the largest domesticated cat breed thanks to their particular physical appearance and amazing hunting skills. An adult cat grows up to 1m in length and weighs around 6 – 8kg.
Robert Sijka caught some fabulous photographs of these interesting creatures and you’ll certainly want to check them out.
Being a cat lover himself, it is no surprise that he is involved in cat photography. He moved to China with his family around 14 years ago, and there he could not help but miss these loving creatures. Six years later after moving to China, his wife Izabella launched a breeding program for cats.
His cat photography work began after the initial litter of cats conceived. He was passionate about both cats and photography, so he combined them. He captured rather weird shots of the dignified creatures. His primary joy came from working with his fascinating friends.
According to Sijka, the only possible way to capture a successful and meaningful photograph is to make the fluffy creatures play. His craving for a perfect shot makes him lose focus on everything else other than his objects of interest, which are cats. He takes a lot of effort to encapsulate the innocent expressions that spill out of the cats’ eyes. The light setting is complicated but his goal cannot be any simpler.
