Cucumber fat loss drink

Cucumber fat loss drink

Ingredients:

1 cucumber

a bunch of parsley or cilantro

1 lemon

1 tbsp grated ginger

1 tbsp aloe vera juice

1/2 glass of water

Method:

Juice the listed items and have it before going to bed. Continue to have it for a month and then take a break of one week. Assess your results and start the cycle again if needed.

Cucumber and lime Drink

Fresh cucumber and lime drink

Ingredients:

1 lime

2 Fresh cucumbers

1 big orange

honey

mint

1 liter of sparkling water

Method:

Puree one cucumber in a blender and slice the other one into circles. Squeeze out the orange and lime. Mix with the cucumbers, juice, and honey in a large pitcher and stir well. Add the soda and garnish it with fresh mint leaves.

Cut the lime, Slice the pear into cubes and place them in a pitcher. Add the sage and mash it with a fork. Crush the ice and add pear juice, sparkling water, and mix your drink.

Method:

Mix the sugar, water, and cinnamon in a pan and make a syrup. Boil it for five to ten minutes until the sugar melts. Let it cool down. Mix together the juice, syrup, and sparkling water in a pitcher. Add ice and garnish it with mint and anise.

5 lemons

1 liter of sparkling water

Method:

Squeeze four lemons. Slice the last lemon into circles. Combine the juice and sparkling water in a jar. Serve the lemonade with ice and mint.

4 limes

Method:

Slice the bell pepper and two cucumbers and dust them with sugar an hour before cooking. Slice the last cucumber and one lemon. Zest the lime and squeeze the juice. Then juice two lemons.

Put the mint/estragon in a pitcher. Add the lime zest and slices of lemon, cucumbers, and bell pepper while they are still moist. Pour in the lime and lemon juices and the sparkling water. Add the crushed ice. Garnish the glasses for the drink with slices of lemon and cucumber.

Ingredients:

1 liter of sparkling water

1 lemon

1 can of pineapple in its own juice

Method:

Boil the water in a pan. Zest the lemon and squeeze the juice. Add sugar to the water and simmer it until it melts completely. Add the lemon zest and take the pan off the heat. Pour the syrup into a pitcher through a filter. Add the lemon and pineapple juices.

Cut the pineapple and add it to the drink. Let it cool to room temperature and put it in the fridge. Garnish with slices of fresh pineapple before serving.

Strawberry and fresh herbs Juice

Ingredients:

1/2 lemon

1/2 lime

mint and estragon

1 liter of sparkling water

100 ml of water

Method:

Juice the lime and lemon in a jar and drop in the peels. Cut the strawberries into halves. Add the strawberries and herbs. Pour in hot water and let it rest for a while to give them taste and fragrance. Take the peel out and let the drink cool. Add the sparkling water and ice and garnish the jar with circles of lime.
