Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, many people have restrictions to go out and socialize. If you’re such a person who’s spending the loneliest days of your life these days, then this is for you. At a difficult time, it’s great to celebrate the little positive things happening around you. These super adorable pics of little mice will definitely brighten up your day!
A photographer named Miles Herbert captured these amazing pics in his camera. He is the person behind Captivelight and is a popular British photographer. He holds workshops and conducts tuition for those interested in photographing “birds of prey, reptiles, frogs and other beasties.” You can check out their Facebook page here.
Miles revealed that he captured these adorable mice inside an indoor studio. He further stated: “We provide a service for photographers looking for high impact cute animal pictures, and using a purpose-built studio means that we are not weather dependent.” Clients can even request for the animals to be photographed outdoors.
Almost all of the animals that Miles photographs are captive bred. They will be released to the wild at a local nature reserve later. Miles and his team prefer to photograph captive-bred animals over wild animals. The reason for this is that captive-bred animals are more sustainable, and they can avoid disturbing the wild populations.
Each mouse receives a treat such as nectar of flowers or stamens during their session. This helps to take much more interesting close-up shots of the mice.
The feeling of happiness, calmness, and enchantment that these beautiful and vividly colorful pics of mice wrapped inside tulips can give a person is immense. So check them out and share your thoughts with us in the comments!
