All we paid attention to in 2020 was negativity. The Covid-19 pandemic, natural disasters, politics, and all the resulting fear and losses. Gatti, the founder of The Happy Broadcast told Bored Panda, “This has been a rough year for the whole world but I’ve never seen so many great stories of human kindness like I’ve seen in 2020”. Although the year 2020 can’t get any worse, Mauro emphasized the importance of seeing the good in everything. According to him, 2020 is the year that humankind finally understood how deeply dependant we are on each 0ther. Not only that, but this year also taught us that our mental health plays a significant role in everyone’s recovery and well-being. He added: “Sharing good news is a joyful experience for all and also an important part of daily conversations”.
He said further, “But there is also so much good in this world that just needs to be found and promoted. Never forget that the reason why we have positive news to share is that some amazing and bare individuals did something to solve an issue that worries us all.” Mauro believes that by maintaining a positive approach towards our daily life, we can all contribute to making a positive impact.
Mauro also revealed his ways of staying creative and his list included some of the best such as baking bread and pizza and interacting with his community. He stated that for him, cooking is another avenue to express his creativity.
Furthermore, he decides what to focus on that day once he wakes up. He suggested that having a sense of purpose motivates him and makes him feel less lost. He also stated that his advice to young people is to focus on their likes and interests, instead of chasing after trends.
